The Prinsjesdag Foal Auction recently introduced an online embyo auction and the first embryo is sold to top rider Jos Lansink. In 2006 he won the world championship with Cumano and now Jos bought this high profile Cumano embryo, which is bred out of the Grand Prix mare Parabel (s.Animo). A purchase based on pure emotion, admits Lansink, who’s looking forward to the foal being born next year.
Seven embryo’s will be sold via this online auction, including six (partly) owned by us. We had the Cumano embryo together with Kees Klaver and each week another embryo will be sold. This week an embryo of Mylord Carthago out of Tsarina de la Loge will be auctioned, followed by a Vagabond de la Pomme out of a half sister of European champion Montender. Also a Vigo d’Arsouilles out of Big Star his full sister, a full brother/sister of Casuality Z (Cassini II x Chellano Z) and a Vigo d’Arsouilles out of Casuality Z’s dam will be auctioned online.
